Important Information About Placing Online Orders:
Once you start a new order and begin adding images to your shopping cart, it is very important that you NOT close the program/window or you will lose everything you have placed in the cart. You must complete the order all the way through the payment process in order for it to be saved. If you are running short on time, you might want to wait before starting an order in order to prevent frustration over losing your work.
Do I need to subscribe and create an account to place an order?
No, a subscription is not necessary to order. However, there are advantages to subscribing and creating an account:
(1) You can create a Lightbox (a folder in which you can add your favorite images
into.
(2) You can email those favorites to your family or friends.
(3) You can preview any previous orders you have placed online for a period of
two years.
(4) This account if FREE.
What about my personal data?
When you create an account, the only data we collect is your name, address, telephone and email. Our office will never share or sale that data to anyone.
When I place an online order, do you save my payment/credit card information?
We never see your credit card information and therefore we can't use that for future orders. Every order placed through this site is sent automatically to PayPal. When you enter your payment information, the only thing we see is an email from PayPal confirming payment for an order. PayPal never shares your information with us.
What is your payment policy?
The full payment is required at time of placing the order.
How long will it be before I receive my images?
This varies depending upon the type of event you are ordering from and the time of year. Generally, 2-4 weeks, although there have been times we got the order out in one week. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
What items are available to purchase online?
At this time, you can only order single prints. If you wish to order a portrait package, you will need to call or come by the studio to place your order. This is because you can order multiple poses and sizes with the packages we offer. There is just no easy way for us to set that up in this program so it is easier to call or come by. (Note: for events, such as a commencement ceremony, packages are available since they are only one pose per package).
Why are some images not posted online for viewing?
Some things like school pictures, dances, and team sports are not posted online because of the nature of the event. These EVENT type sessions have a much lower pricing structure than something like a portrait session and usually require a prepayment. To get the lower pricing structure, all orders from an event must be turned into the lab at the same time to minimize excessive work and handling. From past experience, posting these type of events online causes people to drag out the ordering process. When these type of orders "trickle" in, it causes multiple handling and extra work, which defeats the purpose of the lower event type pricing.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the B&E Photography photos that I purchase? Yes. All B&E Photography images are copyright protected. Copying and reproducing is illegal and not permitted per United States copyright laws. Purchasing an image does not transfer copyright. Copying is stealing! Please respect the rights of others as you would want others to respect your rights.
